I have had many different property managers in the Treasure Valley but none have compared to these guys. They have always been so quick to get back to us with any problems or repairs and were always so friendly to speak to. If I were to ever own a rental I would definetly look into these guys to help me manage it. I have been renting from Iron Eagle Property Management for 7 years in June and never had an issue! They have always been fair and quick to respond! In fact, when my oldest was just a baby our a/c went out and being a first time mom I was extremely worried with it being the dead of summer and other people having to wait weeks to have theirs fixed, they sent someone out promptly and had it fixed in no time! Rating 1 star for very good reasons. I would rate them zero stars if it were an option. Probably the worst property mangement company I’ve ever rented with. I could write a short story on all the reasons to run far away from this property management. Units are extremely overpriced and outdated. Most of the appliances in the unit only worked half of the time I was there. Maintenance takes forever to get done and they will nickel and dime you down to your last penny in your pocket and then blame you for being poor. It seemed l... read more

I rented from Iron Eagle for 4 years, at two different locations. Overall we had mostly good experiences, however there are just a few things you should know. When our fridge went out, and the replacement was out of stock they very kindly let us use the fridge in the vacant apartment beside ours--saving my frozen breastmilk from going bad or us having to store our food for the next 2 weeks, a long time without a fridge, at my in-laws. I feel like a lot of these bad reviews on Iron Eagle are more high maintenance tenants. My fiancée and I have lived here for about 4 months now and it’s been great! We’ve only had to contact management a couple of times for maintenance requests and one of which was a major issue (our furnace went out on the coldest days of winter so far). It only took them a day to get someone out to look ant our furnace and it was an easy, painless process!
