I feel like a lot of these bad reviews on Iron Eagle are more high maintenance tenants. My fiancée and I have lived here for about 4 months now and it’s been great! We’ve only had to contact management a couple of times for maintenance requests and one of which was a major issue (our furnace went out on the coldest days of winter so far). It only took them a day to get someone out to look ant our furnace and it was an easy, painless process! My lease ended after a year with iron eagle and I can say they are the best rental company I have been with!! Anything I needed was fixed without hesitation. No price gouging. No ridiculous fees. Pleasant office staff. I would definitely recommend and rent from them again, if needed.
Iron Eagle is top of the line in scummy, backhanded rental companies. Not only will they charge you constant fees for seemingly nothing and charge you “posting fees” after you have resolved the issue, but they also refuse to fix anything in the apartments despite photo evidence that you are not responsible for the damage. Their prices are gouged insanely high for old properties in dire disrepair. The units are furnished with shockingly old appliances yet they make you pay for all repairs. I lived at the Borah apartments in Twin Falls for 2 years. I had minimal issues there but they stood out enough that I feel the need to share. Below are my complaints, but I'm still giving them 3 stars because they're the only ones I had in my entire 2 years. My unit was brand new when I moved in and well updated. My roommate and I moved out of some townhomes managed by Iron Eagle in May. I have to say this is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They were rude, unhelpful and clearly don’t care about their tenants. One of the most frustrating issues we dealt with was the parking situation. We were given parking passes upon move-in, which we obviously utilized, however, there were two occasions where they had fallen out of view.
