I can't say enough about the selection here and especially about our help from the staff with Kristina Martin. We stopped in twice over the course of the week to select the final granite slabs and porcelain for showers and she was a huge help. Your high quality selection and huge showroom really helped us confirm our choice. Thanks again for all the great support and customer service we received here.

Building a new house is a great experience, but also involves lots of decisions and details. I had such an excellent experience shopping for countertops at Francini. Taylor and Jahaira were so helpful in guiding me throughout the experience and answering all my questions. I can’t wait to see my new countertops installed.

From a very enthusiastic greeting and a detailed explanation of the layout, our time at Francini's was both enjoyable and productive. It was such that I really felt swayed to give them my business. And that doesn't even mention the great selection of stone!!

Francini’s huge warehouse is clean, extremely well organized, and beautiful. Large slabs of stone are arranged by type of stone. Granite, marble, porcelain. When I arrived I was greeted promptly in a friendly manner and given a clipboard with a form to record my choices. Each pattern of stone was identified by its name, color code, warehouse location, and an eight-digit number. I was also offered water, coffee, and a cookie. I stopped by the showroom for a preliminary consideration of kitchen countertop options. The staff was very welcoming and patient with my questions. Not a fan of quartz, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they do not stock quartz! Now quartzite is another matter. Many choices there as welll as marble and granite and soapstone and ceramic and some natural materials I had not even heard of! I look forward to returning as our project gets underway. Thank you!
