Building a new house is a great experience, but also involves lots of decisions and details. I had such an excellent experience shopping for countertops at Francini. Taylor and Jahaira were so helpful in guiding me throughout the experience and answering all my questions. I can’t wait to see my new countertops installed.
Francini Inc. Marble & Granite has an amazing selection of beautiful slabs! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were all so friendly and engaging. I was welcomed warmly and offered warm cookies and beverages before my associate Kris took me into the impressive showroom. She completely explained everything and told me which aisles the particular stone I was looking for, granite, was located. Amazing experience that did not feel overwhelming or over-pressuring. Just information, support, and true customer service. A rarity! Kristina was amazing-thorough, professional, and truly helpful.
If I could give 100 stars, I would! From my first point of contact with Kristina ( phone call), to my visit to the warehouse ( Keith), they show how much the really care! Such a seamless process so far, as we are in the beginning stages of our remodel in our home. Love you guys! I'll update my review, once our project is complete!
The staff provided excellent service. The stone slabs were exquisite. Zahara expertly guided my selection of slab colors to complement my cabinetry and flooring. I am extremely satisfied with both the products and the service provided.
