Dan is fantastic. Very attentive and worked with me immediately once I walked in the door. Gave me space to explore and moved many slabs for me to inspect. Far better customer service compared to competitors across the highway. Very familiar with my fabricator and reached out to them right away. Prices right inline with others…once I got my fabricator involved. Would absolutely be a 5-star review if pricing was transparent. Seems to be industry standard which is a bit frustrating. We have had an excellent experience at Francini every step of the way. Tiffany was incredibly helpful with her knowledge and advice when we were narrowing down our selections between granite and quartzite. She has a good knowledge of interior design, and was able to advise us regarding what would work best for our vision, while not being pushy in any way. Francini is has top notch customer service. We worked with Sam & found him incredibly pleasurable to work with. JV helped pull slabs to look at & he made viewing them a lot of fun. After looking at many places we chose Francini & highly recommend.
Simply the best! Amazing service, very knowledgeable staff, I was helped by Ru Zamora, who patiently explained every characteristic and differences between all the available stones, she guided me and answered all my questions in my multiple visits and responded promptly to my communications. I visited other stores in my search for the countertops of the kitchen of my dreams and definitely had to come back to Francini because they provide the best service, and inventory.
So great to work worth! So nice & helpful! Great variety of products.
